WHAT IS YOUR BACKGROUND IN FITNESS?

I have been playing soccer since the age of 4 and have played basketball, lacrosse, & ran track. I also come from a family of athletes- such as my mom, dad, siblings, cousins, uncles, & aunts. I am also playing collegiate soccer at the division 1 level.

WHAT ARE YOUR FUTURE PLANS REGARDING FITNESS?

In the future, I plan on becoming a certified PT, as well as a soccer trainer. I also plan on coming out with more advanced/personalized guides and start to take clients! 

WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS WITH THIS SITE?

I want to inspire and/or help others to start a healthier lifestyle with fitness included. My goal is to promote all things fitness- not just your physical abilities, but your psychological wellness and nutritional intake as well .

WHY ARE THERE BLOG POSTS ABOUT PSYCH?

What many people do not realize is how your mentality influences your will to work out, your body image, etc. Your mental health and physical health go hand in hand. Not to mention, I’m a future psych major!
